The board of directors of Steppin’ In Foundation has taken on the mission of providing individuals and/or families faced with difficult circumstances the opportunity to experience the love of God by support of a community of caring people. In addition, we want to be able to provide Christian-based professional, pastoral and/or Biblical counseling and/or advice to individuals and/or families that are needing help negotiating the various stages of life.
Brenda is Executive Director of Steppin’ In Foundation, Inc. (a non-profi t 501 (c)(3) corporation) and has been an active board member since it’s inception in 1988. Brenda has been a Pastoral Counselor in various church, para-church and private settings for the past 35 years. She is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC) and a Practitioner Member of The Stepfamily Foundation, Inc. a New York, NY based organization that works with stepfamilies and the unique problems faced by them.

Robert 'Biff' Hagstrom Jr.
Biff has a Masters Degree in counseling from MSU-B, is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). a National Certified Counselor (NCC), is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC), and a Practitioner Member of the Stepfamily Foundation in New York, NY. Biff is a past board member and current Vice- President of Steppin’ In Foundation, Inc. In addition to counseling, Biff has conducted seminars both locally and nationally having to do with divorce and stepfamilies (Divorce & Remarriage: A Review of the Effects and Consequences of Divorce on Children), marriage (Strengthening your Martial Foundations), emotional healing (Healing Relationships with God, Self & Others).
Tracie Morgan
Tracie is Secretary/Treasurer of Steppin’ In Foundation and has a B.S. degree in Social Science from Rocky Mountain College. She has been a board member since January 1, 2007. Currently, she operates a business called Dogs ‘N Sync, LLC and is a Certified Dog Walker who graduated from dogTEC Dog Walking Academy in San Francisco, California. Previously she has worked for the State of Montana as a caseworker, and also for BlueCross/BlueShield of Montana, EBMS, and USWest Communications.

Jeff and Anmarie
Jeff and Anmarie are the newest members of the Steppin' In Foundation
board. Jeff has a master's degree in business and is currently working
at Spitfire Financial Group as a client relationship manager. Anmarie
graduated with a teaching degree but has been a homemaker for many
years, taking care of their ever growing family. Jeff and Anmarie have 4
children combined plus a foster child they are hoping to adopt. Being a
blended family, Steppin' In Foundation has been near and dear to their
hearts for several years and they are excited to serve on a board that
represents such an impactful and essential non-profit organization.
